Frequently Asked Questions
At Checkout, you'll be asked to pay with PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account do not worry, you can still pay with your Credit/Debit card at Checkout. Simply click “Pay with PayPal”. You will then be directed to a new PayPal Tab. Under “Log In” is a button labeled “Pay with Credit or Visa Debit Card”. Click this button to pay with your debit or credit card!

All orders are currently on pre-order only. We expect to ship all orders within 2-3 months after pre-orders conclude.
Once products are in stock:
All orders within USA and Canada will take about 2-3 business days for processing. Please allow up to 5 business days for orders to ship.
All International orders will take about 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on location. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
If your order does not get fulfilled within 7 business days, please contact glitchstore@glitchstars.com with your order number.
